Simon McGill - Co-opted Governor (Vice Chair)

Formerly an intelligence analyst with the Royal Air Force, now an experienced Senior Service Manager for BT.

I’ve been interested in becoming a governor ever since I became a parent. I believe my skills and background can be put to good use and give something back to the local community.

Being married and related to teachers around the country, while also remembering what I was like at school, means I have nothing but admiration and respect for anyone that works within the profession. The chance to feel like a supporting part of a great school was too good to pass up.
