The Blue Abyss
During this topic we will learn all about various sea creatures and how they survive and adapt to their surroundings. We will also investigate the different layers of the ocean and look at some bizarre creatures that live there.
In Geography we will locate and explain the significance of the Equator, Northern Hemisphere, Southern Hemisphere, the Tropics of Cancer and Capricorn to a range of countries of the world.
In Science we will develop our own classification keys and assign living things to groups, using these keys
There will be plenty of art activities involving clay, batik, sketching and 3d modelling.
